Consultations closed over the Seollal holiday (16–18 February 2026)
Please note the following arrangements for consultations at the Center over the Seollal (Lunar New Year) holiday.
Closure
- 16–18 February 2026 (Mon–Wed), three days in all.
- Normal service resumes on Thursday 19 February.
Enquiries during the holiday
- The consultation request form on this website and our email address ([email protected]) stay open during the holiday. We reply in the order received from Thursday 19 February, and within three business days.
- Our main telephone line (1588-0303) is not answered during the holiday.
Worth settling in advance
- If you have a report or an application to file with the Ministry of Unification or the Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation System soon after the holiday, we suggest checking that your documents are complete before it begins. If anything is holding you up, leave it with us in a consultation request and we will look at it as soon as we are back.
