How the procedure runs
- STEP 1 Preliminary review Check first whether the type of project or the goods fall under sanctions.
- STEP 2 Contact report File the report before any contact and confirm the notice of acceptance.
- STEP 3 Approval Obtain whichever approval applies: a visit, carrying goods out or in, or a cooperative project.
- STEP 4 Implementation Keep to the conditions of the approval, and check again if anything changes.
- STEP 5 Final report Where a reporting duty applies, such as after a visit, submit it within the deadline.
