The Inter-Korean Exchange & Cooperation Center website is now open
The Inter-Korean Exchange & Cooperation Center website (ikecc.org) is now open. We built it so that companies, organizations and individuals preparing for inter-Korean exchange and cooperation can look through the procedures and the fund on their own, and request a consultation whenever they need one.
What you can do here
- Procedures: check the order of steps and the documents required for a Report of Contact with North Korean Residents, an Approval for a Visit to North Korea, and an Approval for Carrying Goods Out/In, and use the preliminary check tool to see which procedures your own project calls for.
- Fund: the purpose, budget scale, eligible recipients and application stages of the Inter-Korean Cooperation Fund, set out on a single page.
- Talent Network: the fields we work in and how to take part.
- Resources: the relevant legislation and guidance on the statutory forms.
- Notices: announcements from the Center, together with press coverage on inter-Korean exchange and cooperation.
Requesting a consultation
Consultations are free of charge. Requests are accepted through the consultation form on this website, by email ([email protected]) or by telephone (1588-0303, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00). We reply within three business days of receiving a request.
We will use these notices to share news from the Center and changes to the rules. If anything is inconvenient or missing, please let us know.
