Here are our consultation arrangements for the Chuseok holiday.
Closure
- Thursday 24 September to Sunday 27 September 2026
- Normal service from Monday 28 September
Replies before and after the holiday
- We will reply before the holiday to consultation requests received by Tuesday 22 September.
- Enquiries that arrive after that, and those left during the holiday through the consultation request form or by email ([email protected]), will be answered in turn from Monday 28 September.
- Our main telephone line (1588-0303) is not answered over the holiday period.
