Consultations closed over the Chuseok holiday (3–9 October 2025)
Please note the following arrangements for consultations at the Center over the Chuseok holiday.
Closure
- 3–9 October 2025 (Fri–Thu), seven days in all.
- Normal service resumes on Friday 10 October.
Enquiries during the holiday
- The consultation request form on this website stays open during the holiday. We reply in the order received from Friday 10 October, and within three business days.
- Our main telephone line (1588-0303) is not answered during the holiday.
Worth settling in advance
- If you have a report or an application to file with the Ministry of Unification or the Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation System soon after the holiday, we suggest checking that your documents are complete before it begins. If anything is holding you up, leave it with us in a consultation request and we will look at it as soon as we are back.
We wish you a happy Chuseok.
