Center notices

Eight statutory forms relating to inter-Korean exchange and cooperation are now published in Resources. All of them are the original annexed forms of the Enforcement Rules of the Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation Act as released by the National Law Information Center (law.go.kr), and each can be downloaded in both HWP and PDF format.

How to use them

• Basis: the Enforcement Rules in force as of 31 October 2025. If they are amended, we will update Resources and post a notice.
• Where they go: the forms are actually received and reviewed by the Ministry of Unification and the Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation System (tongtong.go.kr). Please check the latest guidance from those bodies before you file.
